2. SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the BUYER through the electronic medium of the SELLER's website www.neosilvergold.com , as described below regarding their qualifications and sale price, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, which determine the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
The products are prepared according to the personal preferences of the Buyer, and the type, quantity, and sale price are as specified above.
4. GENERAL TERMS
4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read the essential characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sale price, and the payment method, as well as the preliminary information regarding delivery on the SELLER's website www.neosilvergold.com , and acknowledges that they have the complete and accurate information and have given the necessary confirmation electronically for the validity of this Contract.
4.2. The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/institution indicated by the BUYER within the time period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
4.3. The BUYER accepts and declares that the delivery address provided to the SELLER is complete and accurate.
4.4. If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/institution other than the BUYER, the SELLER is not responsible for the non-acceptance of the delivery by the person/institution to whom it is to be delivered.
4.5. The SELLER is responsible for the fresh delivery of the product subject to the contract in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order.
4.6. For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, it is necessary that the contract has been approved electronically and the price has been paid by the BUYER using the payment method of their choice. It has been accepted by the parties that if the product price is not paid for any reason or if the bank records are canceled, the SELLER’s obligation to deliver the product will be eliminated.
4.7. If the credit card belonging to the BUYER is unlawfully or improperly used by unauthorized persons due to no fault of the BUYER after the delivery of the product, and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the BUYER is obliged to return the product to the SELLER within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to them. In this case, the shipping costs and all payments are the responsibility of the BUYER.
4.8. If the SELLER is unable to deliver the product subject to the contract within the specified time due to force majeure or extraordinary situations such as adverse weather conditions or interruptions in transportation, they are obliged to inform the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may exercise one of their rights to cancel the order or postpone the delivery period of the product subject to the contract until the obstacle is removed. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount they paid will be refunded within 10 days using the payment method they selected when paying for the product.
4.9. Our company is not responsible for delays in shipping.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to themselves or to the person/institution indicated by them. The exception to this is if the product is prepared according to the consumer's wishes and personal needs and is non-returnable by its nature. Such products are excluded under the Regulation on Distance Contracts and are considered to have ceased to exist at the moment they are consumed.
Foodstuffs, beverages, or other daily consumables covered by this Agreement; since they are specially prepared according to the consumer's wishes or clearly for their personal needs, are not suitable for return by their nature and due to the risk of rapid deterioration, as well as being immediately fulfilled in the electronic environment and delivered instantly to the consumer, are not subject to the provisions regarding the use of the right of withdrawal in relation to the delivery of the BUYER to their residence or workplace by the SELLER.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION
When the BUYER places an order online, and the SELLER delivers the product to the shipping company, the Contract is deemed accepted and established. The Seller will send a confirmation email that they have delivered the order to the shipping company.
Changes to the address and delivery date of your orders, as well as order cancellations, must be notified before the product is delivered to the shipping company. Otherwise, the SELLER is not responsible for any issues arising from the cancellation of the order.
Refunds for incorrect payments or order cancellations will be made to your credit card within 10 days. The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the rules and procedures of the bank to which the credit card provided by the BUYER is linked.
Disputes that arise during your shopping are limited to the order amount.
8. SYSTEM ERRORS
If the SELLER does not accept the Contract or the BUYER cancels the order in a timely manner, the amount paid by the BUYER will be refunded within ten days.
The SELLER is not responsible for pricing errors arising from typographical and system errors.
9. COMPETENT COURT
In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the residence of the SELLER are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Science, Industry, and Technology (formerly the Ministry of Industry and Trade).
In case of the order being completed, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the conditions of this contract.
